Purchase cancellations must be sent by e-mail within two hours of placing the order.
Within 14 days after receiving the shipment you can return it and the price paid for the goods will be refunded if the returned goods are not damaged.
Note: the seller cannot refund shipping costs.
The goods must be returned to the address of the seller at the buyer’s expense.
The refund will be given by bank transfer or through Ceská pošta.
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days for cash on delivery requests or within 3 working days after receiving the payment by bank transfer.
The seller promises that the personal data of the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of corresponding with the e-shop service and will not be shared or given to third parties unless necessary for shipping.
